What is Screen Printing?

• Screen printing is the process of pressing thick inks through polyester stenciled meshes onto a garment through the use of a squeegee. Once all colored layers are pressed onto the garment, they are placed on a conveyer belt styled dryer that will lock the inks onto the shirt and ensure no color bleeding. Screen printing is the most sought-after type of garment printing due to the facts that it produces the most vivid colors (even on darker fabrics), has high durability, and can be replicated hundreds if not thousands of times.
